At True Bias, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your item isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange unworn and unwashed items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  After submitting your request, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and secure it to your original packaging.

  Drop Off Package

  Take your package to any authorized carrier drop-off location; ensure the barcode is clearly visible for scanning.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
